The expansion pack to Red Alert 3 is due in March. What can we expect?
1. New units for each faction (details later)
2. 4 New campaigns, one for each faction, and an extra Yuriko Omega campaign.
3. New Commander's challenge, similar to the one present in Generals: Zero Hour.
4. This is purely single-player, not sure on the details, but perhaps the new additions will not be active in multiplayer.
5. Ric Flair.

As seen in the campaign, Ric Flair, WWE ex-wrestler, will star as a commander in the game, along with his trademark "Woooooo!!!"
New units known so far:
Allies
1. Harbinger Bomber - assault gunship (think an AC-130 Spectre or Spooky)
2. Cryo-Legionnaire - Basically Zone Troopers(from C&C3) with freeze guns. Basic attack has a spraying effect rather than single targeting.
3. Unknown multipurpose gunnery platform - appears to have a heavy siege gun that forces it to remain stationary. Otherwise it hovers and acts like a rapidfire anti-infantry platform
Soviets
1. Desolator Trooper - heavy infantry ala tesla trooper, seems designed to counter manspam
2. Grinder Tank - surprisingly fast and equipped with heavy front-grinder. Possible magnetic harpoon application but doubtful.
3. Heavy Sickle - unknown name, but equipped with additional armor and multishot rocket pods. Appears to be able to attack air.
Empire
1. Archer - seems to be early anti-air infantry as mentioned
2. Giga Fortress - Heavy naval/air fortress. Shaped like a Psionic Decimator with cannon turrets while in naval mode, turns into a giant floating demon head (yes you read that right) in air fortress mode. Appears to have a death-ray like attack.
3. Steel Ronin - appears to be approximate in size to a King Oni but focused on close combat rather than ranged combat. Has a long Naginata.
That's all I know so far :P
